With Thanksgiving coming up. I have been thinking about what I am thankful for. I’m thankful for nice weather, healthy kids, the food in our fridge and MANY, MANY other things. One thing I am very thankful for is that I can see, and that my children can see!
When we left the hospital with our son Scott we were told that something was wrong with his eyes. They didn’t know what, but that he might be blind. I will always remember that day! I was scared. Now I look back and feel like we have come so far! He can see! I will forever be grateful for that and the wonderful eye doctors we have worked with!
We have created this free thank you card printable for all of you. You can print it and send it to your amazing eye doctor! Let them know how thankful you are for your or your child’s sight this thanksgiving!
Just print the PDF on 8.5 x 11 inch card stock. Cut along the dotted line, and fold in half. Then you can write a nice note to your doctor (or whoever you want!)
The card is standard size and with fit into a standard card envelope.
