Meet the team

Here at Eye Power Kids Wear we are a family team. Eye Power Is run by our family of six. We all work together with a goal to make vision awareness fun.

Jessica

I started wearing glasses at the age of 5. I told my mom their was a raccoon in the front yard and made her come running (I was so excited!), turns out it was a boot. DARN. I’ve been through the glasses as a kid thing and Im so thankful for the cute glasses they have now! I want kids to be proud of their glasses!

I graduated from BYU-Idaho with a degree in Graphic design in 2008. If you email, call or message, I am the person you will most likely be talking to. I am also the person shipping your orders, 3d sculpting and printing your products, designing you shirts and more. I love design!

Claire

Claire is 8 years old and our little model. You will see her often in photos. She likes to help package orders and count stickers for me. She has also started to show interest in designing shirts! She started wearing glasses at 5 for myopia just like her momma and also has sectoral heterochromia in one eye.

Scott

Scott is 7 years old and our inspiration for Eye Power Kids Wear. He is a great model for photo shoots (most of the time) and loves to help hand me labels when they come out of the printer.

He has had 11 surgeries for a combination of eye, ear, teeth and lymphatic malformation. He wears aphakic glasses and and eye patch. He loves drawing and has started designing t-shirts. A few of his designs he helped create are the “I lava my eye patch” t-shirt, and the "patch bug" t-shirt.

Brooke

Brooke is 3 and a half years old. She is a great help. She loves drawing pictures while mom draws and helping to package orders. She loves slime, playing on the trampoline, and all dogs.

At 2 and a half we noticed she started getting a glow in one eye in photos. This totally scared us, we took her in and found out she has amblyopia. She has been patching for about 6 months.

Ruth

Ruth is 2. She is spunky, and loves to climb. She likes to try and grab orders while they are being packaged and run away giggling with them.

She started patching for amblyopia a few months ago, following in her sisters footsteps.
